The story takes place in Portosso, the beautiful seashore city off the coast of Italy. The town is the epitome of togetherness with its amiable civilians and natural environment of clean grass and transparent waters. The only problem is that the town despises sea monsters and there are two mischievous boys with a *huge* secret that can NEVER be revealed.

Luca Paguro (Jacob Tremblay) and Alberto Scorfano (Jack Dylan Grazer) star as our film’s honorary sea monster team and travel to the city of Portosso for an adventure and excitement, meeting and teaming up with Giulia (Emma Berman) for an unforgettable summer!

Fun fact: Giulia doesn’t know that Luca and Alberto are sea monsters. Yikes!

Will Giulia find out the boys’ secret, exposing it and serving her loyalties to the city, or will she choose to protect her friends, sacrificing her hometown's trust that also wishes to capture said sea monsters?

The film embarks on an enchanting quest of compassion, trust, hope, and exhilarating, oceanic folklore of Italy as a team of unstoppable companions must make the decision: Who can be trusted with such a giant secret? And what will happen if that secret lands into the wrong hands?
